I’m Greg Reynolds, and I have a lifelong passion for construction and real estate that began at a young age, working on my parents’ property, where I built stone walls and performed seasonal maintenance. After a brief stint as a land surveyor, I earned a bachelor’s degree in Structural Design and Construction from Penn State University. Armed with my degree, I’ve spent decades in project management across both the commercial and residential industries.

Over the last 10 years, I owned and operated a residential elevator business focused on helping homeowners with mobility issues. My experience includes owning and renovating several residential homes, as well as partnerships in commercial real estate, making me well-equipped to navigate the challenges of today’s market.

I am now dedicating my efforts to helping homeowners transition seamlessly from property ownership to cash in hand. My mission is to facilitate quick and efficient sales while ensuring that sellers achieve the best possible price for their homes. Additionally, I am passionate about providing newly renovated or updated properties for first-time homebuyers, creating opportunities for families to find their perfect home. I understand the difficulty individuals and families face in establishing themselves through homeownership, having witnessed my own children struggle to find affordable housing.
